We ship from China and the goods are sent worldwide. Under normal circumstances, we can deliver the goods directly to your home. If you live in a remote area, we will send the goods to a warehouse close to you, and then you can pick them up by yourself

The production time of different products varies. For example, the production time of the pickup tent is about 35 days because it needs to be customized in size. If it is a normal tent, the production time is about 7 to 10 days.
We primarily ship via sea freight for cost efficiency and large-volume orders. Air/express shipping available upon request (additional cost applies).
Please confirm all the details of the product with our salesman first. After confirmation, pay a 50% deposit in advance and we will produce the goods. After we finish the production, we will send you the quality inspection video. If there are no problems, pay 50% of the balance and then we will deliver the goods.
